Delivery information, shipping procedures and logistics.
1. Shipping Destinations
Orders placed with LabRat Peptide are stored, prepared and dispatched from within the European Union by an independent fulfilment partner.
We currently ship to:
- The Netherlands
- Most European Union countries (certain destinations may be excluded due to customs, regulatory or logistical restrictions)
At checkout, only eligible shipping destinations will be available for selection.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily processing cut-off time are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or official public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- The Netherlands: approximately 1–2 business days
- European Union: approximately 3–5 business days
These delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Shipping Fees
The Netherlands
- €9.99 standard tracked shipping
- Free shipping on orders of €250 or more
European Union
- €14.99 standard tracked shipping
- Free shipping on orders of €500 or more
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
All shipments are sent with tracking.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent automatically via email.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect the parcel
The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and reshipment fees.
7. Delayed, Missing or Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears delayed or lost, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Carrier investigations may take up to 14 days to complete.
Once the carrier confirms the outcome, a replacement or resolution may be arranged where appropriate.
8. Damaged Shipments
Any visible damage must be reported within 10 hours of delivery.
Claims must include clear photographic evidence showing:
- The outer shipping box
- The internal packaging
- The received product(s)
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review due to carrier claim requirements.
9. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via standard tracked parcel delivery.
Express or priority shipping options are not currently offered.
10. Contracting Entity
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with LabRat Peptide. Order fulfilment within the European Union is handled by a third-party logistics provider acting on behalf of the operator.
